Account Opening FAQs

Application Steps and Processing Time

i. Applications for account opening are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
ii. Applications submitted between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m. are normally processed and approved within 2 hours from Monday to Friday, excepting public holidays.

Application Status

Clients can visit the sign-in page of our client portal website and click on ‘Application Status’. Find out your application status by entering the last 6 digits and/or letters of your identification document.

Clients will receive an email with detailed information and instructions on how to enjoy the various personalized services we offer once the application has been approved.

How to update the account information?

You can view or edit your personal information by either signing in to our website or to the Plotio Global APP.

Fail to upload the pictures?

Please make sure your pictures meet the upload requirements. (Only JPEG/PNG/JPG file formats are accepted. Each file MUST be under 10MB.) If the problem persists, please try using other browsers and make sure the operating system on your computer or smartphone has the latest updates installed.

Forgetting your Client Portal password

Please visit the sign-in page of our client portal website and click on ‘Forgot password’ to reset your password. You can also contact our online client services representative to reset your password.
